Marine Project Superintendent
to lead and manage marine construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion.
Responsibilities include:
Managing project safety according to company and OSHA standards.
Coordinating with subcontractors, utility providers, and internal teams for scheduling and planning.
Overseeing daily operations, supervising foremen, and ensuring project milestones are met.
Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and maintaining a clean, organized job site.
Preparing and submitting reports, schedules, and site plans.
Qualifications:
B.S. degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related field.
3-5 years of related experience, with at least 3 years in a superintendent role on projects valued at $10M+.
Experience in marine-specific projects and heavy construction, preferably with NYS DOT.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Reports to the Division Manager. The position offers a salary range of $120,000 to $150,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
