Responsibilities:
Perform daily lab analyses of juices, musts, and wines (Brix, pH, TA, etc.).
Execute inoculations (yeast and malolactic bacteria) and precise fermentation additions.
Participate in daily cellar tasks, including cap management, wine movement, and fermentation monitoring.
Help maintain a clean and sanitary winery environment, including crush equipment and facilities.
Conduct vineyard sampling to assess grape maturity.
Assist the winemaking team with various tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Strong work ethic and positive, team-oriented attitude.
Self-motivated, reliable, and collaborative.
Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods (10+ hours per day).
Flexibility to work weekends and overtime during the harvest season.
Basic understanding of wine science and laboratory procedures.

Compensation:
$22-$26 per hour depending on experience.
