Our client is looking for a
Senior Marketing Analyst
to join their rapidly growing team here in Austin! Role Summary: Drive data-informed marketing strategies in close collaboration with Marketing, Analytics, Data, and Engineering teams. Deliver actionable insights to support marketing performance and business growth. Report to the Marketing Analytics Lead Key Responsibilities: Serve as a subject matter expert on marketing data and analytics. Partner with teams across performance, lifecycle, SEO, and product marketing. Build and improve marketing measurement frameworks (e.g., attribution, LTV). Conduct ad-hoc analysis and create dashboards to inform marketing strategy. Analyze customer segments to optimize engagement tactics. Collaborate with Data Engineering to ensure data accuracy and accessibility. Align analytics projects with business goals through cross-functional collaboration. Required Qualifications: Minimum of 5+ years in analytics or related field; 2+ years in marketing analytics Proficient in SQL and BI tools (e.g., Tableau) Strong grasp of statistical methods and causal inference. Familiar with marketing tools/platforms Skilled at communicating complex insights to non-technical stakeholders. High attention to detail and strong ownership mindset. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in high-growth startup or scale-up environments. Familiarity with Git/version control. SaaS experience Familiarity with Python/R *Open to relocation candidates - for those who are not local to the Austin area. *Unable to provide sponsorship for this role. *This is a HYBRID role - please do not apply if you aren't open to going into an office setting.
