Proven experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in a post-acute or rehabilitation setting. Strong clinical skills in assessment, treatment planning, and implementation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
