Wilmington DE / Washington D.C / Dallas TX / Jersey City , NJ (Onsite- 5 days)
Job Description:-
Completed UKG Pro WFM Certification and UKG Boomi Certification Minimum 8+ years industry experience in working with UKG WFM . Leads all aspects of workforce management configurations, implementations, modifications including gathering and defining requirements, gap analysis, design, development and support. Should interact and gather requirements from business. Strong configuration knowledge on various UKG modules like Workforce Timekeeper, Accruals, Attendance, and Leave. Possess in depth experience in Interface Development. Developing and testing the configurations in Pro WFM. Must have experience in UKG Boomi Components, Connectors, Application Source Qualifier, Mapping Designer and Transformations Experience in creating data views. Knowledge on creating Cross reference tables. Provides thought leadership to develop new or improved processes, methodologies, systems, tools and or services to enhance clients operating environment based on practical experience, optimal outcomes and best practices Excellent written and verbal communicator, able to tailor communication types and styles to audience.
