Project Overview:
We are partnering with our client to implement Meditech Expanse. Our goal is to enhance clinical and revenue cycle operations through an efficient, streamlined system. We are seeking experienced consultants specializing in either clinical workflows or revenue cycle management to join our dynamic project team. The project is scheduled to begin in late June/early July.
Role Description:
As a Meditech Expanse Implementation Consultant, you will collaborate with our team to analyze, design, and optimize workflows in preparation for the system rollout. You will bring deep expertise in your respective area—clinical operations or revenue cycle management—and work closely with hospital staff and our internal team to ensure a smooth, successful implementation. Your contributions will directly impact patient care, operational efficiency, and revenue integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation Strategy: Assist in planning and executing the Meditech Expanse rollout with a focus on your area of expertise.
- Process Optimization: Analyze current workflows and develop best practices for clinical or revenue cycle operations to maximize system benefits.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with hospital leadership and staff to gather requirements, provide guidance, and facilitate change management.
- System Integration: Support the integration of Meditech Expanse with existing hospital systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
- Training & Support: Provide expert training and post-implementation support to end-users to drive adoption and proficiency.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Meditech Expanse in a healthcare setting is required.
- Demonstrated expertise in either clinical operations or revenue cycle management within a hospital environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and manage project timelines effectively.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic project environment.
Contract Details:
- Engagement Type: Contract/Consultant role
- Project Start: Late June/Early July
- Location: Midwest (onsite with potential for remote collaboration)
- Travel: Up to 25% travel expected
- Competitive contract rates commensurate with experience
