Assistant Coach Men's Soccer . FIU is a member of Conference USA and offers eighteen (17) NCAA Division I sports programs. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area of specialization and one (1) year of coaching experience at the high school level or above; OR five (5) years of coaching experience at the high school level or above; OR an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience. Successful experience as a graduate assistant or intern in an athletic program is acceptable with one (1) year of the required experience.
