Location: Somerville, MA
Salary: $95,000 annually, based on experience

Experience Required for Your Success
What We're Looking For
5+ years of property management experience, including team supervision Strong knowledge of LIHTC, HUD programs, and affordable housing compliance Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Experience with budgeting, reporting, and vendor management Proficiency in Microsoft Office; OneSite experience preferred Preferred certifications:CAM, ARM, COS, CPO, SHCM, or TCS At Wingate Management Company, we've been delivering excellence for nearly 60 years.
