My client, a prominent bank in NYC, is seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Exchange SME to join their IT infrastructure team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing L3 support for Messaging Exchange, OCS, and SharePoint Servers.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert-level support for Microsoft Exchange 2019, Office Communications Server (OCS), and SharePoint Server environments.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to messaging infrastructure, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Perform regular maintenance, including updates, patches, and performance tuning for Exchange, OCS, and SharePoint Servers.
Monitor the health, performance, and security of messaging platforms, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
Qualifications:
7+ years of experience supporting Microsoft Exchange, Office Communications Server, and SharePoint environments.
Strong expertise in Microsoft Exchange Server 2019, including installation, configuration, and administration.
In-depth knowledge of Office Communications Server (OCS) and SharePoint Server management.
Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and system management.
Familiarity with messaging security protocols and tools
Candidates must be local to NYC
