Erlanger Community Health Centers is recruiting a Medical Director to oversee its urban FQHC with 3 locations in downtown Chattanooga. The ideal candidate would be board certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine and would provide day-to-day resources for medical services and manage complex medical conditions and disorders for adults.
Education, Training, & Experience
- MD or DO degree
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Ability to obtain an active medical license in the State of Tennessee
Program Overview
- Established FQHC practice model with 3 locations in downtown Chattanooga
- Outpatient duties in a fast-paced environment
- FQHC provides comprehensive community services such as primary care, pediatrics, dental care, pharmacy, and social work
- Position will provide medical directorship to Community Health Centers team of 13 providers
