Overview
Erlanger Community Health Centers is recruiting a Medical Director to oversee its urban FQHC with 3 locations in downtown Chattanooga. The ideal candidate would be board certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine and would provide day-to-day resources for medical services and manage complex medical conditions and disorders for adults.
Education, Training, & Experience
MD or DO degree
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Ability to obtain an active medical license in the State of Tennessee
Program Overview
Established FQHC practice model with 3 locations in downtown Chattanooga
Outpatient duties in a fast-paced environment
FQHC provides comprehensive community services such as primary care, pediatrics, dental care, pharmacy, and social work
Position will provide medical directorship to Community Health Centers team of 13 providers
