The Resident Services Manager creates and supports programs and services intended to improve resident satisfaction. This individual staffs the front desk and ensures only authorized individuals enter the building. The Resident Services Manager responds to resident requests and addresses concerns in accordance with the Mill Creek Customer Service standards.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Communicate with residents to ensure they are aware of community services and operating procedures.
Proactively address resident issues to formulate reasonable resolutions.
Greet and screen visitors to the community in order to maintain safety and security.
Receive, store, and disburse resident packages; maintain required records for tracking and security.
Deliver packages to the appropriate resident upon request.
Communicate with supervisor ways to improve the various services offered to residents.
Ensure adherence to all applicable Mill Creek Residential policies and procedures.
Assist residents with lockouts when needed.
Thorough knowledge of Emergency protocols.
Manage and distribute recreational equipment to residents.
Monitor parking and enforce community parking policies and procedures.
Maintain a neat, clean lobby and concierge work area/desk.
Communicate with community staff to ensure problems with the building structure are addressed promptly.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
High School diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
1 year of mufti-family, customer service, retail or restaurant experience
Customer service orientation with problem solving mindset.
Champion the Mill Creek Brand Promise, Core Values, Service Standards and Manifesto.
Ability to clearly communicate benefits of community and surrounding area.
Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing laws.
Ability to perform basic arithmetic; such as, addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
