Where do you start?

As an Entry Level Machinist, you will learn to:

1. Operate CNC mills and lathes
2. Perform necessary hand work on machined components
3. Read and interpret blueprints
4. Conduct in-depth inspections on machined components
5. Identify and troubleshoot quality issues
6. Complete and maintain accurate documentation
7. Perform daily maintenance on machines
8. Establish priorities and organize daily work
9. Apply Continuous Improvement principles in daily work

Preferred Skills:

1. Strong mechanical aptitude and work ethic
2. Strong shop math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, & division w/decimals)
3. National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC) is always welcomed, but not required

Requirements

Hiring Requirements:

1. High School Diploma or GED
2. Pre-Employment Drug Screen
3. Proof to legally work in the United States
