Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr Additional compensation types Annual Bonus PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Investor, internal and ad-hoc reporting Fund performance calculations and financial modeling (e.g., lines of credit) Coordination with third party fund administrator, accountant and tax advisors Assist with set up and administration of new funds Maintenance and organization of investor contact information and wire instructions Assist with the issuance of capital calls and distributions Responsible for ensuring the timely receipt of capital call payments Complete special projects upon request Review / draft investor communications Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field CPA and/or master’s degree preferred 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in private equity finance and operations Understanding of financial statements and tax structures as they would pertain to private equity funds Strong understanding and familiarity with waterfall calculations High proficiency in Excel High level of organization and strong attention to detail Strong desire to learn and ask questions Initiative to reach for increasing levels of responsibility as the firm grows Skilled at managing multiple interdisciplinary priorities and tracking numerous interrelated details Team orientation and history of establishing and maintaining good working relationships within and outside the firm Seniority level Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Accounting/Auditing and Finance Industries Venture Capital and Private Equity Principals, Financial Services, and Accounting Get notified when a new job is posted.
