Nova Biomedical is looking for a Regional Account Manager in the Hoboken, New Jersey area to sell analytical and automation instrumentation to life sciences companies. This is a terrific opportunity for a capital equipment sales professional to join a market leader with the state-of-the-art cell culture analyzer. In this role, you will manage complex sales situations including single departmental sales, multi-departmental sales, and often multi-locations sales. Daily activities include tasks such as account maintenance, lead generation, live product demonstrations, instrumentation evaluations, quote generation, forecasting, and the reporting of activities in Salesforce.com. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and a strong science aptitude Minimum of 3-5 years of documented success in capital instrumentation sales in the Biologics market Experience selling capital equipment or consumables to process development, manufacturing and/or research and development departments of Pharmaceutical companies Knowledge in cell culture analysis or cell culture analyzers Well-honed presentation and demonstration skills Effective time management and superior interpersonal skills This is a field sales position that must reside in the Hoboken area with overnight travel required Base Salary: $125,000 and up to $100,000 On Target Earnings. This role offers a solid base salary, uncapped commission with accelerators, and a company car.
