Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic healthcare team in Naples, FL. This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level provider who is passionate about providing high-quality, patient-centered care. Candidates must be bilingual to effectively communicate with our diverse patient population.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Value-Based Care or Managed Care. We are looking for someone who can provide compassionate and comprehensive care in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive patient care through diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions. Conduct patient assessments, order diagnostic tests, interpret results, and develop individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient management. Educate patients and families on treatment options, preventive care, and lifestyle adjustments. Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in accordance with compliance standards. Participate in care coordination efforts, contributing to the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective care. Qualifications:
Valid and unrestricted PA or NP license in the state of Florida (or eligibility to obtain). National Board Certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner. Experience with Value-Based Care or Managed Care preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team. Must be bilingual in English and Spanish. Benefits:
