Community Health Center seeks Family Medicine Physician / Internal Medicine near Hartford, CT! 2 months off per year! 45 minutes from Hartford / small quaint town About the group: This group experiences great tenure with all their staff because of their caring and genuine culture! 20 years in practice 3 physicians, 10 NPs (2 Psychiatrists) 3 locations 100 team members Benefits: 2 months off per year, paid! 4 weeks vacation, 1 week sick, 1 week CME/personal day, and 2 weeks in holidays Student loan repayment through NHSC, HPSA scores 16 and 17 Base up to $230,000 based on experience Assistant ‘Medical Director’ opportunities available right away Short distance to Boston and NYC, right in between This Primary Care Role: Family Medicine Physician or Internal Medicine Practice Locations: Torrington, Winsted, and North Canaan, CT Mon-Fri - 8:30 AM - 5 PM No in-person weekends.
