- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
- Lead generation and prospecting potential clients
- Conducting initial client meetings and presentations
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with contractors and companies
- Understanding client staffing needs and requirements
- Identifying new business opportunities in target states (NC, TN, VA, WV, SC, GA)
- Developing proposals and service agreements
- Coordinating with recruitment team for worker placement
- Ensuring compliance with background checks and drug testing
- Maintaining accurate records of client interactions
- Preparing regular performance reports
- Managing documentation for workers and clients
