Shift: Night Shift Tuesday through Friday 5PM – 3AM (depending on production)
Job Summary
APG Media of the Rockies is seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals to join our production team in Cheyenne, WY as Packaging Inserters for our night shift operations. This position plays a vital role in the final stage of newspaper production—ensuring all inserts and materials are accurately placed and prepared for timely distribution.
Key Responsibilities
- Feed advertising inserts into the packaging equipment accurately and efficiently
- Monitor machines to ensure proper functioning and adjust as needed
- Stack bundled newspapers onto pallets or into carts for delivery
- Perform quality checks to ensure all printed materials meet company standards
- Assist in maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet nightly production goals
- May assist with other production duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25–50 lbs as needed
- Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- No prior experience necessary—training provided
