Key Account Sales Coordinator ’s primary role is to help the company’s sales efforts and productivity. This includes but is not limited to contacting customers and external sales reps, order processing and data entry, administrative account management duties, and other necessary support as needed. In conjunction with working with a Sales Manager, we are looking for a self-starter with strong customer service and interpersonal skills to join our team in a fast-paced and creative environment. The position is based in our NYC office (NoHo). Job Duties: Support company’s wholesale sales efforts. Contribute to customers’ satisfaction by ensuring the accuracy and timely processing of orders in Kikkerland system along with resolving any queries. Interact on daily basis primarily with Key Account buying team and sales reps. Communicate and collaborate with other departments (Accounting, Logistics, Design). Develop strong relationships with the sales reps. Complete items set up forms and presentations. Maintain and update information in database and system. Prep/pack/ship samples in office. Daily/weekly reporting. Performing other related duties and projects as assigned to support the sales efforts and full Team. Job Qualifications: Two to four years of experience as a sales coordinator, customer service or similar position. Embrace the “customer first” attitude that is inherent in the company. Experience with sales reps, large wholesale retailers and independent retailers. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Takes ownership of all work including tasks assigned to them. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently. High degree of computer proficiency including MS Excel, Outlook, Word, Power Point. Ability to support others in a small team environment. Flexible and strong desire and willingness to learn new aspects of the job. Trade show experience a plus; possible travel for shows. Compensation: The salary is $65,000 with generous PTO including EOY week off in December, health, and dental insurance (employee pays a portion); 401k retirement plan; and transit-check program.
