Join our dynamic team as a Part Time Night Auditor! We are excited to offer an outstanding opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Night Auditor you'll be responsible for the audit, preparation and posting of all revenue activity from PMS, POS and all other ancillary revenue systems as of the end of the day. Conduct all system backup and roll over functions for new day, week, month and year. Also responsible for operating the front desk overnight and conducting all front desk functions. This position requires overnight shift availability on Fridays and Saturdays. Hotel experience is preferred but we're willing to train the right candidate!
WHAT WOULD YOU DO AS A NIGHT AUDITOR
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Anticipate guests' needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and
whatever time of the shift
• Maintain positive guest relations at all times
• Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction
• Uphold all Service Standards
• Maintain professional relationships with all coworkers
• Follow checklists and standard operating procedures
• Exercise discretion and authority to resolve guest complaints
• Balance various point of sale systems to the PMS system including POS, call accounting, along with
manually posted revenue including laundry/valet, parking, transportation, postage, etc.
• Responsible for the safekeeping of all guest related posting backup, accounting records, and the
accounting office
• Prepares F&B summary report - audit all cashier work and compile information for the F&B
summary report
• Review and reconcile all PMS transactions daily
• Audit front desk agent's daily work - sort and compile cashier backup including all types of guest
revenue postings, guest account payment postings, paid outs and all other cashier transactions
• Balance and transmit credit card batches on a nightly basis to the credit card companies
• Perform maintenance tasks of the network back up and PMS back up
• Perform system maintenance functions for the PMS system
• Responsible for taking appropriate action during instances of system(s) equipment failure to
minimize financial losses and guest inconveniences
• Ensure all reports and nightly emails are accurate and distributed on a nightly basis
• Maintains a safe, clean, organized, and well stocked work area
• Verify all cashier postings and sort, compile and organize all cashier work for the income auditor
• Maintain computer security

Frequent walking, including climbing up and down stairs are required. Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb
stairs, bend, lift, twist, kneel, crouch, crawl, pull, push, carry, grasp, reach and stoop as needed,
sometimes for extended periods, and to occasionally lift and carry heavy items up to 40 pounds (may be
aided). Ability to see, talk and hear.
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:
• Proficiency with Excel, Opera
• Oral and written proficiency in English
• Good communication skills, both oral and written
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
• Be a clear thinker, remaining calm and resolving problems using good judgment
• Work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team
• Work with minimal supervision
• Maintain confidentiality of guest information and pertinent Company data
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• 2 years' experience in the hotel/hospitality industry
