Job Description:
Experienced SME with expert-level knowledge in
IBM FileNet P8
and related
ECM technologies . The role involves platform setup, configuration, upgrades, customer onboarding, and administration of supporting tools like WebSphere, ICC, Case Manager, and Datacap.
Required Skills:
10+ years of hands-on experience with IBM FileNet P8 Deep understanding of IBM ECM Suite including ICC, Case Manager, CCN, Datacap, KOFAX Expertise in installation, configuration, migration, and in-place upgrades Strong background in WebSphere administration and security remediation Experience with Data Router setup and secure FTP configurations Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure Strong documentation and communication skills
Job Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and upgrade IBM FileNet P8 environments Onboard new customers to the ECM platform Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues (ICC, CCN, KOFAX, etc.) Administer and maintain IBM WebSphere Application Server Support migration projects and assist in solution design
