The Nurse Manager ICU will join a 200+ bed regional hospital and trauma center known for its five-star ratings from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services and recognition as a 15 Top Health System in the nation. The Nurse Manager ICU will report directly to the Director of Patient Care Services, overseeing a team of skilled RNs, techs, and support staff. This role will collaborate closely with physicians, department leaders, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless operations and exceptional patient care.
The ICU is a dynamic, fast-paced environment with 70 state-of-the-art rooms. The unit is designed to care for the most critically ill patients, supported by advanced technology and a team of exceptional MDs, RNs, and techs. The Nurse Manager ICU will lead a team of passionate professionals in a supportive, high-energy setting.
The Nurse Manager ICU will focus on both clinical and administrative leadership. Clinically, this role will drive education, mentoring, and quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest standards of care. Administratively, the manager will oversee budgeting, staffing, and operational efficiency while fostering strong physician relations and regulatory compliance.
