The Opportunity: Pioneering Our Franchise Sales Division
Are YOU a high-performing sales professional with a proven track record in SaaS or digital marketing specifically for home services franchises?
We're seeking our first-ever Franchise Account Executive to pioneer our franchise sales division as we expand our successful platform nationwide.

What You'll Be Doing
Pioneer our franchise sales strategy, targeting qualified franchise candidates in the home services sector
Develop and implement a consultative sales process specifically for franchise opportunities
Conduct comprehensive discovery to understand prospective franchisees' business goals and align our solution to their needs
Leverage your existing network and relationships within the home services industry to identify potential franchise partners
Work closely with our marketing team to create compelling franchise sales materials and presentations
Qualify leads, conduct product demonstrations, and close franchise agreements
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of franchise prospects
Collaborate with leadership to refine our franchise offering based on market feedback
Represent Olly Olly at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
Contribute to the development of our franchise onboarding and success program
What Success Looks Like
Meeting or exceeding franchise sales targets within the first 3 months
Building a scalable, repeatable franchise sales process that can be taught to future team members
Establishing Olly Olly as a recognized franchise opportunity within the home services sector
Creating a strong foundation of successful franchisees who become advocates for the brand
Contributing strategic insights that help refine our franchise offering and go-to-market strategy
Demonstrating exceptional presentation and communication skills that convert prospects into partners
What You Bring
5+ years of proven sales experience, with at least 3 years specifically selling SaaS or digital marketing solutions to home services businesses (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, etc.)
Demonstrated success in consultative, high-value, complex sales processes with decision-makers
Experience in franchise sales or business development within a franchise organization (strongly preferred)
Deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities facing home services businesses
Strong network of contacts within the home services industry
Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
Comfort with ambiguity and ability to create structure in a new role
Technical competence with CRM systems and sales enablement tools
Willingness to travel for in-person meetings and industry events (approximately 25-30%)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
