Travel: Travel required to operations in Hot Springs, Newport, and Pine Bluff, AR

Key Responsibilities
As the Human Resouce Director, you will play a critical role in ensuring our team is aligned, engaged, and equipped to succeed. Responsibilities include:
- Recruitment & Hiring
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the hiring process from posting job openings to onboarding new employees.
- Collaborate with each divisions General Manager’s to understand hiring needs and build robust talent pipelines.
- Review existing training materials for relevance and effectiveness; create engaging onboarding video scripts and storyboards.
- Employee Accountability & Management Support
- Partner with Management to uphold accountability across all roles.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers to ensure clear communication of job responsibilities and performance expectations.
- Address performance gaps, attendance issues, and facilitate individual development plans.
- Culture Building
- Champion initiatives that strengthen company culture around our Core Values.
- Plan and execute programs that enhance employee engagement, morale, and recognition.
- Serve as culture steward, ensuring consistency and alignment in all employee interactions and policies.
- HR Policy and Compliance
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Regularly review and update HR policies and procedures to align with organizational goals.
- Oversee the employee handbook and facilitate reviews with all employees.
- Manage ADP system, with accuracy and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certification (ex., SHRM-CP, or PHR/SHHR) preferred.
- 4+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and HR policy development.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and best practices.
- Proficiency in Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, IDEX-MATCH, IF functions) and HR platforms (e.g., payroll, benefits, compliance tracking).
- Analytical skills to identify trends and actionable insights.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities.
