We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. In this role, you will perform nightly audits, provide exceptional guest services, and ensure the smooth operation of our resort during overnight hours. If you have a passion for hospitality and are available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday overnight shifts, we would love to hear from you!
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Perform Nightly Audits: Run daily audits, save/send reports, and ensure accurate accounts of cash, checks, and credit transactions.
- Guest Services: Efficiently check in and check out guests, register them into the system, and verify reservation details. Serve as a concierge by answering inquiries, arranging transportation, and addressing guest issues.
- Billing and Records: Accurately prepare bills, collect payments, resolve billing discrepancies, and maintain records. Sell, schedule, and bill for guest service activities.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure the pool area and bathrooms are tidy and fully stocked. Maintain the overall cleanliness of the Front Desk area.
- Interdepartmental Coordination: Coordinate communications between departments and assist in Gift Shop operations.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Set up and replenish the breakfast area.
- Hand-write welcome letters for next-day arrivals.
- Occasionally run/fold laundry during downtime.
Availability: Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday overnight shifts.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred; no prior experience and/or training required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is constantly required to stand, talk, hear, and use hands. The employee is frequently required to walk. The employee will seldom be required to sit, reach, climb, stoop and kneel. The employee must frequently lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds. Specific vision requirements required by this job include close and distance vision.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
While performing the duties of this job, the employee will frequently be exposed to general office environment conditions. The employee will seldom be exposed to high, precarious places, fumes or airborne particles, outdoor conditions and moderate noise.
Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, the employee may be required to work varying schedules that reflect the business needs of the resort. In addition, attendance at all scheduled training sessions and meetings is required.
