As an Office Assistant 1 Keyboarding, you will perform a wide variety of clerical and administrative support activities, including:•Typing, proofreading, reviewing, and correcting correspondence and documents•Transcribing hand-written materials•Gathering data for charts, graphs, and tables•Preparing routine reportsMinimum Qualifications Candidates from outside State service may be considered for hire under the Hiring for Emergency Limited Placement - Statewide (HELPS) program.
