Job Description:
The Senior Project Manager is an integral position for the company. You will provide leadership and oversight for the day-to-day operations for all Construction, Project Management and Project Administration activities associated with the business. You will also assist in the development and implementation of corporate policies and procedures to achieve established corporate goals and support the corporate mission statement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manages the day-to-day field operational and tactical aspects of multiple or large-scale projects.
- Oversees project managers working on client engagements.
- Implements corporate policy & procedures and quality assurance procedures to ensure profitable and successful execution of contracts/projects.
- Assist with determining appropriate revenue targets, ensures accurate invoicing, and monitors receivables for all projects under his/her direction
- Integrates financial data for multiple projects.
- Addresses billing issues when they arise.
- Oversee and manages development and implementation of project schedules.
- Identifies partnership opportunities and capitalizes on “add-on” sales opportunities across projects.
- Grows long –term relationships with clients.
Qualifications:
- At least 10 years’ experience in management roles in the construction industry.
- A thorough knowledge and background in commercial construction and the type of jobs normally performed by the company.
- Maintain a high degree of integrity, loyalty and honesty; not divulge to outside parties’ information of a confidential nature pertaining to the company's operations or bids.
- The ability to get along with people and to communicate in a professional manner with Owners, Inspectors, Architects, and others having a direct interest in a project being constructed.
