Operational Buyer - Indirect Materials and Services, your future role?

You will be part of Givaudan's Global Business Services (GBS), supporting our businesses in the Americas. Your main responsibilities include managing the Requisition & Fulfilment (R&F) process for indirect materials and services (IM&S), ensuring supply security, supporting vendors, and participating in continuous improvement projects. You will report to the R&F-IM&S Team Lead.

This role offers a hybrid working model: 4 days remote and 1 day at our GBS offices in Martinez, Buenos Aires Province.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Release purchase orders to suppliers according to sourcing instructions and within quality and time constraints.
• Track and follow up on PO deliveries to ensure supply security.
• Support internal partners and vendors regarding POs.
• Coordinate delivery and manage quality non-conformities.
• Handle invoice payment inquiries and support escalations related to planning, quality, and accounts payable.
• Resolve vendor disputes and manage procurement-related queries.
• Analyze queries to ensure end-to-end resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Provide guidance on systems such as SAP, SRM, and Service Management Tool.

Your professional profile includes:

• University degree or advanced studies in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, International Trade, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in purchasing roles within international companies.
• Experience with SAP or similar procurement systems.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.
• Hybrid remote/in-office work.
