In this role, placed by Agile Resources with our renewable energy client, you will be responsible for:

• Streamlining the daily flow of engineering tasks, guaranteeing efficient project execution, rapid incident resolution, and strategic prioritization of essential activities.
• Leading the implementation of specialized operational and strategic initiatives from senior leadership, aimed at boosting productivity and performance.
• Leveraging robust technical expertise and data-driven analysis to inform strategic operational choices.
• Cultivating a culture of top-tier performance across engineering, operational, supply chain, and related departments.
• Promoting a leadership style that prioritizes service, mentorship, and the professional advancement of engineers.
• Serving as a crucial intermediary between engineering, product development, supply chain, and other interdepartmental teams, in collaboration with program management.

What Our Client is Seeking (Through Agile Resources):

• A bachelor’s degree in a technical field, such as engineering or computer science.
