Job Description: - Work in the Pediatric Intermediate Care Unit providing care for patients from ages 0 to 18, excluding obstetric patients. - Provide care for non-ICU neurosurgical patients, chronic trach/ventilated patients, and more. - Demonstrate professional role obligations as a scientist, leader, practitioner, and knowledge transferor. - Promote a culture of collaborative decision-making, innovation, lifelong learning, and teamwork. - Commit to a culture of safety and demonstrate an understanding of a just, reporting, learning, and informed culture. - Be prepared to take on charge RN responsibilities during some shifts. - Exposure to EVD or PD is preferred but not required. - Must complete all required modules and training prior to start.
