Base pay range
$70,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

The Role: Warehouse Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team. The Warehouse Manager is responsible for the success of all daily, short and long-term operations of the warehouse. They must be a reliable self-starter who is able to work autonomously, takes initiative, work cooperatively with others, has pride in their work, and has excellent attention to detail. Following safety policies and procedures is required. This is an opportunity for a long-term position and to join a growing, fast-paced, energetic team.
Responsibilities
- Assigns and monitors the daily duties for the associates, schedules and ensures timely receiving and outbound shipments. First time efficiency and accuracy are critical.
- Manages inventory effectively to ensure inventory turns, and accurate Cycle Counting.
- Handles the routing restocking, scheduling of drivers and trucks to ensure timely deliveries for both external and internal customers.
- Processes counter sales for walk in customers and technicians.
- Manages part returns and ensures the parts meet all vendor requirements.
- Processes work orders for billing.
- Monitors and approves payroll and schedules associate time off requests.
- Maintains a clean and safe Warehouse.
- Participates in the hiring, training, coaching, counseling, and termination of employees.
- Works effectively with multiple departments and areas such as sales and accounting.
- Plans and allocates storage space maintaining balanced inventories for shipping.
- Oversees the preventative maintenance, repairs and running costs of warehouse and vehicles.
- Executes company policies, procedures, and programs.
- Creates an employee-centered workplace that demonstrates care and concern for all Associates.
Requirements And Skills
- High attention to detail, strong work ethic, passion for excellence, a team mentality and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a high-paced environment.
- Perform basic computer and system functions at an above average level and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to operate lift equipment.
- Strong organization skills with the ability to successfully manage multiple priorities.
- Able to demonstrate urgency, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills.
- 5 or more years of related experience with warehouse management, inventory management, final mile delivery, and receiving/distribution preferred.
- The ability to lift, push, and pull 50 lbs. continuous physical exertion is required, such as walking, standing, stooping, climbing, lifting material or equipment, some of which may be heavy or awkward.
- Must be a hands-on supervisor with high customer service focus and a strong ability to deal with external and internal customers.
- Strong change management skills with ability to implement continuous improvement projects and concepts.
