Director of Rehabilitation
to lead our interdisciplinary therapy team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader who is passionate about patient care, teamwork, and driving clinical excellence. Responsibilities Include: Overseeing the operations of the rehabilitation department (PT, OT, SLP, PTA, and COTA). Providing leadership and support to therapy staff, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care. Managing therapy schedules, caseloads, and staffing to optimize efficiency and outcomes. Ensuring compliance with all regulations, policies, and procedures. Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans. Acting as a mentor and resource for staff to enhance clinical skills and professional growth. What You Bring to the Role: Current licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in the state of California. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team. Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
