Job Responsibilities:
- Order Processing:
- Handle daily order reception, review, and processing to ensure accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- Track order status and coordinate with supply chain, warehouse, and logistics teams for smooth delivery.
- Address customer inquiries, order modifications, and exceptions as needed.
- Inventory Management:
- Maintain inventory records to ensure optimal stock levels and prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile stock data for accuracy.
- Coordinate restocking plans and communicate with procurement and suppliers to ensure sufficient inventory.
- Stock Data Analysis & Optimization:
- Monitor inventory trends, analyze sales data, and provide recommendations for inventory optimization.
- Generate reports related to stock and order management to support decision-making.
- Office Support:
- Handle daily administrative tasks such as document management and data entry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least 1 year of experience in order processing, inventory management, or a related field; experience with ERP or inventory management systems is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and other office software.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills with great attention to detail.
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills, capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
