Overview
Lead the digital transformation and change management efforts within SPC NA.
Oversee talent development initiatives, including early talent programs and dynamic resource allocation.
Manage the US Country Council in partnership with the US Country Council Lead.
Drive a culture of performance and innovation, focusing on employee engagement and recognition programs.
Provide strategic support to the SPC NA Leader and NALT, ensuring alignment with Sanofi's global "Play to Win" strategy.
Lead the Chief of Staff community across SPC NA, fostering best practices and operational excellence.
Qualifications: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required. Focused degree in healthcare management, business administration, or related field is preferred.
A minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical industry, with a track record of leading strategic initiatives.
Selected candidate will have proven ability to drive digital transformation and change management in complex organizations.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
Strong analytical and project management skills, with experience in performance metrics and data-driven decision making.
Demonstrated success in fostering innovation and driving cultural change.
Desire to move up in different leadership roles across Sanofi.
This position may require up to 30% overall travel.

SPC NA Business Leader Leadership team.
Global SPC Office and Leadership Team.
NA Cross-GBU Commercial Business Leads and Leadership Teams.
US Country Council Members.
Key initiative owners across Sanofi.
SPC NA Head of Finance, HR, and Executive Administrator.
Other CoS roles across SPC NA, Global SPC, X-GBU, and beyond.
