Job Description:
This role supports the firm’s Onboarding Program, one of the areas of specialized focus for the Investment Operations Team. The Onboarding Program provides our client advisors with seamless back-office operational support that allows Pathstone to deliver an exceptional and consistent service experience to our new clients. The Senior Associate will support the Onboarding Program and its objectives and is expected to adopt, implement, and promote Pathstone best practices. Job Responsibilities: Project Planning and Management:
Oversee new client onboarding from start to finish, managing project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables for an efficient process. Onboarding Calls:
Organize and lead onboarding calls with client teams, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned. Coordinate with internal teams to meet client expectations. Preparation and Documentation:
Prepare call agendas and materials, maintain detailed meeting minutes, and distribute them promptly. Data Sourcing and Analysis:
Extract and analyze data from Salesforce, performance reporting platforms, and custodians to support onboarding and project planning. Use insights to align with client teams and departmental leads. Internal Communication and Documentation:
Create and distribute internal communications about onboarding processes, updates, and changes. Keep onboarding documentation and tools current and accessible. Collaborative Initiatives:
Work with Professional Services, Billing, Compliance, Capital Markets, and Performance Reporting teams to integrate client onboarding seamlessly. Proactive Problem Solving:
Identify and address potential challenges early and propose solutions to improve onboarding procedures and client team satisfaction. Qualifications: Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Experience:
Minimum of 2-3 years in financial management or a related industry. Skills:
Excellent analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, and client service abilities. Technical Proficiency:
Strong PC and Microsoft Office Suite skills are essential, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel highly preferred. Attributes:
Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and capable of managing deadlines effectively. Additional Knowledge:
Experience with databases; a basic understanding of investments, including mutual funds, separately managed accounts, and alternatives, is also beneficial. Work Ethic:
