What You'll Do
Coordinate Comprehensive Care:
Serve as the main point of contact for patients, managing high-value, multi-year treatment plans ($125k+) with precision and care Support Patient Journeys:
Guide patients through consultations, follow-ups, and treatment schedules, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience Drive Membership Growth:
Promote and sell practice memberships, helping patients access exclusive benefits and services Master Front Office Duties:
Handle patient check-ins and check-outs, ensuring an exceptional experience at every touchpoint Grow Into Case Closures:
Train to confidently close cases and support patients in making informed treatment decisions Collaborate with a Stellar Team:

Strong Dental Background:
Significant experience in a dental office, including familiarity with treatment plans and patient care coordination, is
required Exceptional Communication Skills:
Empathetic, professional, and able to connect with patients from diverse backgrounds Highly Organized Professional:
Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities seamlessly Sales and Service Excellence:
