Patrice and Associates Franchising LLC provided pay range This range is provided by Patrice and Associates Franchising LLC. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.
Base pay range $55,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr

Job Duties for the Restaurant General Manager include:
Responsible for daily operations of the restaurant including FOH & BOH.
Responsible for hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching team members.
Ensure the highest level of guest service and food standards are achieved.
Job Requirements for the Restaurant General Manager include:
Ideally 2+ years of General Manager experience. Must have BOH or Kitchen knowledge. Open availability to work.
Financial knowledge such as P&L.
Proven track record of leading a team.
Ability to communicate with all levels of employees and guests.
Dynamic, outgoing personality.
