Join to apply for the Analyst role at Tata Consultancy Services We are seeking a Technical Analyst (RTA) responsible for coordinating IT service delivery, project coordination, and asset procurement/deployment for key branch and divisional customers. The role ensures proper computer operations to enable end users to accomplish organizational tasks, including resolving escalated help requests using diagnostics and tracking tools, and providing hands-on desktop support. Core Technologies Windows 10 and Windows 11 SCCM/Autopilot Microsoft 365 Suite Jabber Citrix Network (wireless and wired) HP laptops and docking stations Responsibilities Implement IT projects involving network equipment, servers, terminals, PCs, cabling, and software. Provide advanced technical support as escalated from Service Desk. Communicate and escalate incidents and requests. Log, track, and review incidents and requests. Investigate hardware issues and perform minor repairs. Lead technical projects related to facility infrastructure and coordinate with teams for new constructions or relocations. Participate in meetings and training to improve performance. Train users on technology use and mentor team members. Participate in project planning and budgeting as needed. Work with regional teams to meet standards and priorities. Adhere to GTS policies and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Skills Excellent communication skills and executive presence. Broad knowledge of technology and solutions. Resource management and workload prioritization skills. Ability to multi-task with strong analytical skills. Customer-oriented with proficiency in MS Office. Ability to provide onsite support and drive to various sites. Availability for overtime and travel (minimum 30%). Physical dexterity and participation in training and meetings.
