What Makes Us Unique

• Modified academic calendar providing more frequently spaced breaks throughout the academic year, while maintaining the standard 180 days of instruction
• Paraprofessional support in elementary and access classrooms
• Full-time therapeutic support team on each campus
• Additional planning time
• On-site daycare on some campuses
• 20 days paid parental leave after 1 year of employment

What We Offer

• Competitive salaries with all certified classroom teachers earning $47,500 or higher per year
• HSA-eligible health plan for employee coverage at no cost
  Employer contribution of $600 per year, to Health Savings Account for staff members, enrolled in HSA-eligible, employee-only, health plan
• Employer contribution of $1200 per year, to Health Savings Account for staff members enrolled in HSA eligible, employee plus dependent(s), health plan
