General Job Description:
- Receipt, release and shipment of cargo;
- Provide support in the definition, review, implementation and improvement of organizational processes, operational flows and performance indicators of the sector;
- Issuing reports of loads in the warehouse and en route of vendors drivers with daily accountability of the operational activities and routines of the sector;
- Support in coordination of operational teams activities (Handlers);
- Monitoring Vendors Drivers activities;
- Control and handling of pending issues and returns;
- Monitoring of indicators and accountability to management and external customers, when necessary prepare material and presentations, including participation in meetings with customers;
- May be required to perform other duties as assigned.
Education:
- High school diploma/equivalent.
- Proficiency in English.
- Valid Drivers License and good driving record.
Experience:
One (1) year clerical experience.
Skills:
- Data entry, and/or general office skills.
- Good human relations, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Clear and articulate speaking voice.
- Accuracy & Attention to Detail.
- Good Microsoft Office & PC Skills in particular Excel.
- Good Planning & Organizing Skills.
- Good Problem Solving Skills.
- Basic notions of monitoring and analysis of indicators and customer service.
- Dynamic and creative.
