We are looking for a: Pest Control Service Specialist GENERAL SUMMARY: We are looking for a Pest Control Service Specialist who will be responsible for performing pest control treatments at residential and commercial properties. All training is provided; no pest control experience is required. Candidates are required to have a valid driver's license with reliable transportation and a clean driving record Required Skills: Ability to connect with customers and build rapport easily Strong work ethic; Meticulous and organized Quality Assurance & Attention to Detail Operational & Safety Consciousness Ability to lift up to 50lbs and engage in constant motion. Responsibilities: Pest Control Inspections & Treatments - Inspect residential and commercial properties for signs of pest activity, applying products to address pest issues. Customer Interaction & Communication-Greet customers, explain the pest control treatment process, addressing any questions or concerns, and deliver an exceptional experience, communicating any follow up steps or recommendations as necessary. Documentation & Reporting- Review the day's schedule, preparing necessary materials, electronically document service notes, pest findings, and treatments applied. Safety & Compliance- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while performing pest control treatments and handling tools and materials. Maintain the company vehicle in a safe and clean operating condition, reporting any safety concerns or incidents to the appropriate personnel.
