Reporting to the Senior Program Director, the Program Director of Wraparound Services oversees the management and supervision of all wraparound and transitional wraparound programs at Lake View Terrace, CA, and Santa Ana, CA. Responsibilities include monitoring budgets, supervising staff, ensuring compliance, and providing clinical support. The role requires developing policies, managing performance, ensuring safety, fostering community relations, and maintaining regulatory compliance. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and coordinate policies and procedures. Supervise staff recruitment, training, evaluation, and disciplinary actions. Ensure client safety and welfare. Develop communication and monitoring tools for team building and program improvement. Manage productivity and performance metrics. Coordinate community outreach and partnership projects. Ensure timely and accurate reporting to governing and funding agencies. Maintain data confidentiality and security. Participate in meetings, conferences, and media engagements. Provide clinical oversight and staff training on evidence-based practices. Oversee external service providers and ensure adherence to ethical and legal standards. Attend training sessions and maintain professional development. Promote Phoenix House’s Mission, Vision, and Values. Perform other duties as assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities
Supervises the wraparound team. Qualifications
LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC required. Minimum two years post-licensure experience. Leadership experience in wraparound or similar settings. Valid California driver’s license and insurance. Credential maintenance and TB clearance required. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Commitment to Phoenix House’s core values. Leadership and motivational skills. Proficiency in MS Office and electronic health records. Effective communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle boundaries professionally. Knowledge of addiction, family systems, and youth development. Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
