This posting is for a direct hire position of Phoenix Power Group and is solely for the purpose of Phoenix Power Group. Phoenix Power Group Inc. PRIMARY FUNCTIONS Oversee and manage the Projects Controls support to EPC project execution.
TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES Under the direction of the Director of Project Controls:
Become familiar with the standard Phoenix Power Group Cost and Contract Management System Work with the Project Team, support the setup of the Project Baseline; Translate the EPC Proposal to the EPC Project Budget Work with Scheduling Team to develop Time-Phased Reports/Curves-based on P6 Resource Loaded data Work with Project Team to coordinate the setup of the Project Management Plan Develop EPC Progress Reports, Progress curves and Earned Value Reporting Coordinate the setup of Risk Analysis and Change Control Management Coordinate Client Billing Requirements Coordinate Client Reporting Requirements Coordinate Internal Reporting Requirements Support to Business Plan Development Work with the Project Team, support the analysis of Forecasted Cost, Progress, and associated financial status, including regular interface with Finance & Accounting Provide input to Client Progress Report/Coordinate Preparation of Internal Reports Ensure the prompt Review and Approval of Invoices Work with the Director of Project Controls and Director of Projects to ensure a proactive response to Project Cost – Issues and Concerns, and associated Contingency Management actions Provide support to Department initiatives and training programs Performs any other duties assigned Adheres to internal standards, policies, and procedures Position Reports to:

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, QUALTIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE
Overall 20+ years of experience in Project Controls Demonstrated experience in large EPC Projects – Cost Control & Progress (%) Management Experience with supporting Client Billings based on Milestone Payment Schedule or Schedule of Values Experience with Change Control Management Experience with Financial Management Proficient with Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat Knowledge of JDE/Ecosys – preferred
