Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Hospitalist to provide comprehensive medical care in East Orange, NJ. This role involves critical decision-making in a fast-paced environment, ensuring high-quality treatment and support for patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong medical background, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to patient-centered care. The position requires working rotating 12-hour shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive medical care to hospitalized patients.
- Make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment to ensure high-quality treatment.
- Work rotating 12-hour shifts, including day and night shifts (7a-7p and 7p-7a).
- Cover ICU between 4pm and 8pm, performing procedures such as central lines, intubations, and running RRTs.
- Coordinate with APC coverage 7 days a week, 10 hours per day (7a-5p).
Qualifications:
- Valid NJ Medical license.
- Strong understanding of various medical disciplines.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Commitment to patient-centered care.
