$45.00/hr - $60.00/hr Full Job Description Overview: Our skilled nursing facility is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation (PHYSICAL THERAPIST) to oversee and manage our rehabilitation department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management and possess excellent leadership skills. Duties: Develop and implement rehabilitation programs to meet the needs of patients Manage day-to-day operations of the rehabilitation department Collaborate with medical staff to provide comprehensive care for patients Monitor and evaluate the performance of rehabilitation staff Oversee budgeting and financial management for the department Qualifications: The ideal candidate should possess the following: Experience in long-term-care rehabilitation Current licensure as a therapist in NY Graduate from an accredited program for Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology Ability to manage and support a team of rehabilitation professionals This position offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
