We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Front End Engineer with a strong background in building scalable web applications and a proven track record of implementing pixel-perfect designs. The ideal candidate will excel in balancing challenging customer needs with application performance and will demonstrate solid leadership abilities. Key Responsibilities : Design, develop, and implement high-quality, scalable web applications with a focus on front-end technologies. Translate complex design specifications into pixel-perfect, responsive web interfaces. Optimize web applications for performance, scalability, and user experience. Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and deliver effective solutions. Ensure the integration of front-end and back-end systems through effective use of and other technologies. Apply front-end performance optimization techniques and tools to enhance application efficiency. Manage and maintain code quality using source code management tools such as GitHub. Oversee deployment processes using technologies like Capistrano or equivalent. Utilize relational databases such as Oracle or MySQL for data-driven applications. Qualifications : Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field. Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer with a strong emphasis on Front End technologies. Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, AJAX, and general Web 2.0 techniques. Experience with XML and XSLT technology. Demonstrated ability to build fast and efficient web applications with pixel-perfect design. Familiarity with deployment technologies like Capistrano or similar tools. Proficiency with Source Code Management Tools (GitHub). Experience with front-end performance optimization tools such as PageSpeed. Experience developing with relational databases like Oracle or MySQL.
