We are currently seeking dynamic and dedicated leaders to join our Heart Institute team in the following Practice Director roles: Practice Director - Heart Institute - Advanced Heart Failure Center Practice Director - Heart Institute - Cardiology - Metro Parkway Practice Director - Heart Institute - Cardiothoracic Surgery Practice Director - Heart Institute - Cardiology HealthPark Region Position Summary: As a Practice Director with the Lee Health Heart Institute, you will play a vital role in managing the patient experience and ensuring the overall effective performance of the assigned practice. This includes staff management, workflow development, patient scheduling, provider and staff engagement, patient satisfaction, financial oversight, and compliance with billing practices. Responsibilities: Develop and implement operational plans and performance improvement strategies. Recruit, develop, and supervise practice staff. Foster a collaborative culture through effective communication and problem-solving. Ensure financial performance by managing practice budgets and reporting key metrics. Enhance patient care and streamline operations through innovative workflow solutions. These positions are responsible for managing practices with one site consisting of 11 or more full-time providers; HOPD departments with 5 or more providers; or practices with 3 or more separate locations. Requirements: Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Management or related field (Preferred) Will consider 5 years of physician practice/outpatient management experience in lieu of degree Experience Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of physician practice/outpatient management experience (Required) Expertise in ambulatory care operations, patient flow, and billing procedures Proficiency in EHR systems, Microsoft Word, and Excel Strong interpersonal and communication skills Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and financial data Ability to work independently and handle complex situations with minimal supervision Certification: CMPE certification (Strongly Preferred) If you are a passionate and experienced leader ready to make a difference in cardiovascular care, we invite you to join our award-winning team at the Lee Health Heart Institute.
