Our robust benefits package includes the following:Comprehensive benefits; including medical, vision, and dental plans, 100% employer paid life insurance, 401k match, among other supplemental benefits!Generous paid personal, sick, and vacation time offFlexible work hoursExcellent growth and advancement opportunityEmployee referral reward programThe Physician Assistant Essential Duties and Functions:The Physician Assistant is responsible for providing patient services under the direct supervision and responsibility of the designated supervising staff physician, including assisting physician in cases, obtaining medical and personal histories, educating patients and families, and prioritizing and assessing patients.A few responsibilities of the Physician Assistant include but are not limited to:Obtaining patient information and perform assessmentsOrder, perform, and interpret diagnostic proceduresConsult directly with physician to assess the patient's condition and treatment optionsEnsure that medical charts and administrative paperwork is updated/completedProvide monitoring and continuity of care between physician visits.Monitor patients and administers medications according to division policy.The Physician Assistant Qualifications:Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physician Assistant required.Unrestricted Pennsylvania LicenseGraduate of accredited program for Physician Assistant required.Bachelor's degree required.Exceptional customer facing verbal communication skills with a proven ability to interact effectively with a variety of external and internal constituents.Ability to work well under pressure.Athena or other EMR proficiency highly preferred
