Access to an experienced integrated behaviorist embedded within the practice. Primary Responsibilities: Provide general outpatient primary care services. Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to create individualized treatment plans for patients. Required Qualifications: Must hold an M.D. or D.O. degree. Board certified or Board eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds. Active Oregon Medical License or ability to obtain it prior to employment. Active DEA or ability to obtain it prior to employment. The salary range for this role is $226,000 to $366,000 annually, based on full-time employment. This range defines total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus may vary based on experience and metrics achievement. Pay is determined by several factors, including local labor markets, education, work experience, and certifications. UnitedHealth Group complies with all applicable minimum wage laws.
